A Doula is a trained non-medical professional that supports pregnant individuals over the course of their pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum period.

Postpartum Support: taking care of the mother after the baby arrives.
- 24/7 Unlimited access via email, phone, and texts once contract is signed.
- Six 4 hour visits ( 2 hours minimum) the first few weeks after birth. You may prefer fewer visits the following weeks up until 3 months. The schedule will be adjusted as needed.
