A Doula is a trained non-medical professional that supports pregnant individuals over the course of their pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum period.

 Doulas provide physical, informational, emotional and spiritual support to their clients. A Doula is the support system you didn’t know you needed.

Postpartum Support: taking care of the mother after the baby arrives.

Mothering the mother in the 4th trimester. Helping you build confidence during this new phase of life through the first three months of baby’s life.
