I’m Tanya, an Island girl navigating life in the US. I’m a Public Health professional working in the maternal, child, and Women’s reproductive health sector. I am a Birth and Postpartum Doula, Placenta Encapsulation Specialist, and Certified Lactation Counselor. I work to reduce disparities in maternal and infant mortality and other health disparities. I also work to educate individuals about the importance of reproductive life planning by providing education and other resources as well as advocating for menstrual equity.
I am the host of the Tea With Tanya Podcast, a digital content creator, and the Founder and CEO of the nonprofit Scrub Life Cares. Welcome to my corner of the internet, I hope to inspire, educate and empower and work with you.
